Vagabond - Blonde Ale | 4.3% ABV | 20 IBU
A rich malty character wrapped in a light lemon finish. Yellow and clear, this crisp blonde ale is derived from traditional blonde beers that are definite crowd pleasers. Goes well with all foods from caviar to a bag of chips.
Notre-Dame - Pilsner | 5% ABV | 25 IBU
Based on the principles of a traditional Pilsner, the Notre-Dame (formerly Bohémienne) is a semi dry, malty and floral beer with notes of Saaz and Hersbruker hops. A low bitter profile makes this beer perfect for beaches and campfires.
Citrale - IPA | 6.8% ABV | 55 IBU
Like biting into a fresh orange, the Citrale has an abundance of citrus aroma and flavour. This unfiltered IPA is well balanced and not overly bitter like most other IPAs. Our Brewmaster says that you should be able to taste the hops, not feel them.
5W30 - Milk Stout | 6% ABV | 28 IBU
Creamy and beautiful, this stout hits all your senses with a bold coffee and chocolate milkshake notes. With the addition of lactose for a more robust sweetness, this stout is meant for the lover of a warming yet smooth texture.
Who is Étienne?
Étienne Brûlé was Canada's first Franco-Ontarien. His given goal was to become an interpreter and to live with the tribes, explore the land and return resources to the French. After some time, he lived amongst the Huron tribe and renounced his French citizenship to live in his new found home. His passion was to continue exploring Canada, trade between tribes and identify trade routes with other countries. The French took this as an offense and had him executed.
We've adopted his name to represent exploration and discovery of new flavours. We also are keen on developing relationship with local growers, organic farms and other breweries. Brasserie Étienne Brûlé is focused on delivering quality products to our customers and welcoming those new to the craft beer world.
